General Manager
Oversees the responsibilities of management team and business logistics. Dedicated to ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Account Manager
Conducts facility assessment and works directly with client throughout contract duration. Maintains consistent client-business rapport.
Sales & Marketing Representative
Develops marketing strategy, generates and distributes sales literature. Educates and maintains contact with prospective clients.
Operations Manager
Supervises and assists in daily facility operations and is responsible for supply inventory. Works closely with account manager and forwards data to field supervisor for client approval.
Field Supervisor
Monitors night time crew performance. Relays information to operations manager for overall approval.
Foreman
Serves as crew leader, micro-manages crew performance.
Floor Care & Restroom Specialist
Performs floor care, surface care, and initial detail cleaning. Sets the stage for general cleaning and facility aesthetics and appearance.
Day Porter
English speaking, easily accessible service crew member providing additional custodial services during day light hours.
